Cookie Information

1. What are cookies and comparable technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of text information that can be stored in the browser. Comparable technologies include LocalStorage, SessionStorage or technical identifiers.
Some cookies and comparable technologies are necessary for the platform to function. Others may be used only after you have given consent.
2. Necessary cookies and storage
We use necessary cookies and comparable technologies so that Billardshop can function technically and be operated securely.
These include in particular:
- session and login functions,
- JWT/authentication cookies where required for login,
- CSRF protection for forms and requests,
- a cookie-consent ID for storing your cookie selection,
- security and error-prevention functions,
- temporary UI storage, for example for success messages or form states.
These technologies are required to provide the platform you requested and its basic functions. They are not used for advertising or tracking.
3. Cookie-consent ID
To store your cookie decision, we set a necessary cookie containing a randomly generated consent ID.
This ID is used to recognise your cookie selection for this browser. We also store the current state of your decision and a history of decision events, such as accept, reject, save selection or withdrawal.
4. Optional categories
Billardshop can technically support optional categories such as:
- analytics,
- marketing,
- personalisation,
- external media.
At present, no analytics, marketing, personalisation or external-media cookies are active in Billardshop unless the cookie banner indicates otherwise.
If such services are enabled in the future, they will be loaded only after you have consented to the relevant category. This cookie information must then be updated accordingly.
5. Legal basis
Necessary cookies and comparable technologies are used insofar as they are technically required to provide the platform you use.
Optional cookies or comparable technologies are used only on the basis of your consent.
6. Change cookie settings
You can change your cookie settings at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
There you can grant or withdraw optional consent. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled because otherwise the platform would not function reliably from a technical perspective.
7. Browser settings
You can additionally delete or block cookies through your browser. If you block necessary cookies, login, security, forms or other basic functions may be restricted.
